Our process - How we work — no ceremony, no black boxes.

Four steps from first call to production, with the repository and the running system open to you throughout.

1. Understand. We start with the problem, not the tech. In a few calls we map what exists, what's stuck and what “done” means for you. If you already have a prototype or codebase, we review it and tell you honestly what to keep, fix or rebuild.
2. Plan. You get a short written plan: architecture, scope, milestones and cost. Each requirement is written down precisely enough that anyone — you, us, or an AI agent — can check whether it's met.
3. Build. We ship working software in short iterations, so you see progress in a running product, not in status reports. AI speeds up the writing; tests, code review and CI keep it honest.
4. Ship and hand over. We deploy to production, set up monitoring, and document how it all fits together. You own the code, the infrastructure and every API key — from day one, not after the final invoice.
